Why “Two Ravens”?

One of my favorite places in the world is Sedona, AZ, known for its beauty, peacefulness, and energetic vortexes/vortices! It is also a place where coming down from hiking around one of those vortexes, that I experienced a knowing that spoke itself in my mind, “Awareness is the key,” which helped lead me further down the path of learning Reiki.

During my most recent trip there, I was outside on the deck, facing the beautiful mountains, doing some self-Reiki, when one of my sisters asked if I was doing Reiki. I said, “Yes, I’m only accepting the highest energies!” Just then, two ravens, no more than ten feet away, flew in front of my line of sight, one after the other. It was this peaceful, awe-inspiring moment that produced the name of my future practice —
