Distance vs. In-Person Reiki

Perhaps you are thinking about doing a Reiki session, but you don’t live in the Cincinnati area. Distance Reiki may be an option for you! Since energy is not bound by physical space, (and Reiki practitioners believe it is not bound by time, either,) Reiki can be done whether the client is right next to you, or across the globe.

Distance Reiki sessions can be performed over the phone, or without verbal contact/interaction. Just the same as an in-person session, the client chooses to focus on an intention, which can be shared with the practitioner, or kept in their heart/mind. The practitioner then either pictures the client in their mind’s eye and performs the reiki movements over an imagined form, or uses themselves as a surrogate to sense any differences in energy concentration. Detailed notes are sent to the client after a session that does not involve a phone call, because during a call discussion can be had.

This all may seem hard to believe, but listen to what Autumn C. of Chula Vista, CA, had to say about her recent Distance Reiki Session:

I recently had a distance Reiki session with Maggie, and the experience exceeded every expectation I had, especially as someone completely new to Reiki. She let me choose the time that felt right for me and even asked whether I preferred to be asleep or awake during the session. Afterward, she provided incredibly detailed notes along with clear explanations so I could fully understand what came through.

I was honestly blown away by how accurate and intuitive she was, even from a distance. So many things she picked up on aligned perfectly with what I’ve been feeling and working toward lately. Since the session, I’ve noticed positive shifts and manifestations beginning to unfold in real time. Maggie has such a calming, grounded presence, and her gifts are truly powerful. I’m beyond grateful for the experience and highly recommend her to anyone, new to Reiki or not.
